We practice the art of medicine as a service to our patients.
To that end, our mission is to provide comprehensive, contemporary care while continually striving to exceed the accepted medical standards. We are determined to do this in a pleasant environment with the utmost compassion, consideration and understanding for our patient’s needs.
We are specialists who treat disorders of the ears, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck and are most commonly called ENT’s. We are trained in both medicine and surgery and can offer the most appropriate care for these disorders.

OUR PROVIDERS
David B. Lovice, MD
Dr. Lovice founded Sumter, Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery, LLC, in August 2000.
Community physicians soon recognized his clinical skills, surgical acumen and the practice began to flourish. He soon began to seek a partner to help meet the rapidly growing need for top-quality ear, nose and throat care in the community.
Dr. Lovice is Board Certified in Otolaryngology; head and neck surgery as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.
He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery along with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He is married to Leanne, they have three children and one grandchild.
Paul A. Evangelisti, MD
Dr. Evangelisti joined Sumter, Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery, LLC, in January 2002. He has extensive training in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat), head and neck surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery along with allergy and sleep medicine.
He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Sleep Medicine and American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He is also an active participant in local and state medical societies.
Dr. E as he is affectionally called by his patients and friends has one son and they enjoy going on adventures and making memories.
